唇形科鼠尾草属植物具有多种药理活性。本文对野生于西班牙格拉那达省的薰衣草叶鼠尾草(Salvialavandulifolia)进行动物降血糖药理试验。采集薰衣草叶鼠尾草花枝顶部,于20~25℃烘干研碎,用蒸馏水制成10%浸剂和25%(P/V)混悬剂供试。实验取体重2~3kg 兔(雌雄兼用)进行试验。给正常和高血糖动物(由葡萄糖或四氧嘧啶诱发)薰衣草叶鼠尾草浸剂或混悬剂后进行血胰岛素水平测定。结果表明,正常血糖兔灌服薰衣草叶鼠尾草浸剂>0.250g/
Labiatae Salvia has a variety of pharmacological activities. In this paper, we studied the hypoglycemic pharmacology of wild lavender Salvia lavandulifolia in the province of Granada, Spain. The top of the lavender leaf sage was collected, dried and ground at 20 ~ 25 ℃, made of 10% dipping agent and 25% (P / V) suspension in distilled water for testing. Experimental weight 2 ~ 3kg rabbits (both male and female) were tested. Blood insulin levels were determined after administration of lavender leaf sage extract or suspension to normal and hyperglycemic animals (induced by glucose or alloxan). The results showed that normal blood glucose rabbits fed lavender sage herb extract> 0.250g /
