本文目的系探讨植物血凝素(PHA)诱导麻风病人周围血淋巴细胞转化反应在不同流行区不同种族是否不同或者相似.有人报告各型麻风PHA诱导周围血淋巴细胞转化结果均没有发现有何抑制.此外,也有报告认为抗麻风治疗可导致全身性细胞中介免疫恢复正常.与此相反,有人报告某些抗麻风药对周围血淋巴细胞的非特异性致有丝分裂原的刺激可产生抑制作用.作者考虑到这些情况,选择了治疗前的病人作为研究对象.本文观察101名麻风患者,其中TT28名,BT26名,BB17名,BL12名,LL18名.所有病人按Ridley-Jopling法分类.本研
The purpose of this paper is to investigate whether phytohemagglutinin (PHA) -induced lefloxacin transfusion in peripheral blood lymphocyte transformation in different endemic areas is different or similar racial differences.It was reported that each type of leprosy PHA induced peripheral blood lymphocyte transformation did not find any inhibition In addition, there are also reports that anti-leprosy treatment may lead to the normalization of systemic-mediated immune recovery.In contrast, it has been reported that certain anti-leprosy agents may have an inhibitory effect on the nonspecific mitogenic stimuli of peripheral blood lymphocytes. In these cases, the patients before treatment were selected as the object of study.This study observed 101 patients with leprosy, including TT28, BT26, BB17, BL12, LL18.All patients were classified by Ridley-Jopling method.
