针对土工试验中土样饱和方法的现状,设计了一种利用加压脱气水饱和土样的装置及方法,并选取孔隙比分别为0.9和0.65、高度分别为2cm和8cm的土样进行了饱和测试,同时与常用饱和方法对比分析了相应的饱和结果。分析结果表明,利用该装置对土样进行饱和,当流量控制在6L/min左右时,孔隙比为0.9和0.65的高度为2cm土样达到95%饱和度用时约为6h和12h,高度为8cm土样用时约为10h和16h,且其饱和效果在高、低孔隙比的情况下均优于毛细饱和法、真空饱和法、二氧化碳加脱气水法和水头饱和法,CT图像也显示出用自制装置饱和土样无明显的结构性破坏。
Aiming at the status quo of soil sample saturation method in geotechnical test, a device and method of saturated soil sample with pressurized degassed water were designed.
