在工程机械液压系统的几种操纵方式中,液压先导操纵由于具有安全、舒适、布置灵活及易于实现无级调速等优点而日益广泛地被采用,但与机械式操纵方式相比,液压先导操纵有明显的能量损耗。 图1所示为一典型的先导供油单元原理图。供油单元由专用的先导泵供油,当蓄能器压力达到溢流阀的调定压力时,溢流阀开启、单向阀关闭;当由于操纵先导阀,蓄能器压力下降至低于溢流阀的调定压力时,溢流阀关闭、单向阀开启,先导泵向蓄能器供油。
