为了有效提升员工整体队伍素质,深入开展“领导干部与队伍建设年”活动,四川销售积极推进高素质人才队伍建设,完善全员培训工作,形成了全面保障激励机制。2012年以来,四川销售公司深入开展了“领导干部与队伍建设年”活动,在员工队伍建设方面采取了一系列扎实有效的措施。我们先后开展了营销、投资建设、安全环保、党群、法律、财务、非油七个专业领域的岗位练兵活动。同时,积极开展技能鉴定工作和职称评定工作,完成4个工种3581名一线操作人员技能鉴定。公司还开展管理专家队伍建设工作,建立了管理技术专家选聘机制,使各系统、各专业领域的高层次专业人才队伍建设稳步推进。
