在一般硫含量(0.020%S)的16Mn钢中加入适量的RE或喷吹Si—Ca,都能提高钢材的抗氢诱发破裂性能;但喷吹Si—Ca后的低硫(0.007%S)16Mn钢中,再加入少量RE,对提高钢材抗氢诱发开裂性能效果最好,对抗氢脆性能也起一定的良好作用。本文还对低强度钢的氢诱发破裂和氢脆断裂过程进行了分析。
In the general sulfur content (0.020% S) 16Mn steel by adding an appropriate amount of RE or blowing Si-Ca, can improve the resistance to hydrogen induced cracking of steel; but after spraying Si-Ca low sulfur (0.007% S) In 16Mn steel, the addition of a small amount of RE is the best for improving the resistance to hydrogen cracking induced by hydrogen and plays a good role against hydrogen embrittlement. The hydrogen-induced rupture and hydrogen embrittlement of low-strength steels were also analyzed.
