用撕剥法撕取采自湖南省3个地区的野生鱼腥草叶片下表皮,制成临时玻片在显微镜下观察其气孔大小和密度,并对其进行方差分析。结果表明:(1)湖南省3个地区野生鱼腥草叶片平均气孔大小依次是浏阳地区>怀化地区>邵阳地区。3个地区鱼腥草叶片平均气孔密度最大的是邵阳地区为115.33个/mm2,最小的是浏阳地区为77.33个/mm2。方差分析结果表明,3个地区气孔大小(以气孔长轴、气孔器长轴和短轴3个指标表示)存在极显著差异,气孔密度在3个地区鱼腥草间也存在显著差异。(2)3个地区鱼腥草叶片气孔均属于不规则型,气孔器的形状主要以椭圆形为主,存在少量近似圆形和长圆形的气孔器。
The lower epidermis of the leaves of wild Houttuynia cordata collected from three areas of Hunan Province was torn and peeled off to make a temporary slide. The stoma size and density were observed under a microscope, and the variance analysis was performed. The results showed that: (1) The average stomata size of wild Houttuynia cordata in three areas in Hunan Province were in the order of Liuyang area> Huaihua area> Shaoyang area. The average stomatal density of Houttuynia cordata in three regions was 115.33 / mm2 in Shaoyang and the smallest was 77.33 / mm2 in Liuyang. Variance analysis showed that there were significant differences in stomatal size (three major indexes of stomatal length, stomatal length and minor axis) in the three areas. Stomatal density also showed significant difference among the three areas. (2) The stomata of Houttuynia cordata were all irregular in the three regions. The shape of stomatal apparatus was dominated by oval, and there were a few stomata with approximate circular and oblong shapes.
