目的为加强柳州市蓄水池二次供水卫生管理,确保市民饮用水卫生安全。方法 2012年按《二次供水设施卫生规范》(GB17051-1997)对柳州市56处蓄水池二次供水现状进行调查,填写相关调查表;采集56份二次供水出口水样进行检测,按照《生活饮用水卫生标准》(GB5749-2006)对二次供水出口水质进行评价。结果柳州市2012年56处蓄水池二次供水建立定期清洗消毒制度占32.1%,卫生许可证持证合格率为41.1%,蓄水池每年进行1次清洗消毒的占32.1%,对供水水质定期进行检验的占41.1%,100%的单位无水质余氯检测设备;二次供水设施出口水样合格率89.3%。结论柳州市蓄水池二次供水卫生现状存在可能造成供水水质污染的隐患,卫生行政部门应加大卫生监督管理力度,确保供水水质卫生。
The purpose is to strengthen the secondary water supply of Liuzhou City Sanitation Management, to ensure that people drinking water health and safety. Methods In 2012, the secondary water supply status of 56 reservoirs in Liuzhou was investigated according to the “Secondary Water Supply Facilities Sanitary Specification” (GB17051-1997), and the relevant questionnaires were filled in. 56 secondary water supply outlets were collected for testing, “Drinking water health standards” (GB5749-2006) on the secondary water supply outlet water quality evaluation. Results In 2012, 56 secondary reservoirs in Liuzhou City were established with regular cleaning and disinfection system accounting for 32.1%, health permit pass rate was 41.1%, and reservoirs were cleaned and disinfected by one year accounting for 32.1% Periodic inspection accounted for 41.1%, 100% of the units of non-aqueous residual chlorine testing equipment; secondary water supply facilities, water samples passing rate of 89.3%. Conclusion There is a hidden danger that the status of secondary water supply in reservoirs in Liuzhou may cause pollution of water supply quality. Health administrative departments should step up supervision and management of hygiene to ensure the quality of water supply and sanitation.
