应用免疫组织化学方法研究正常膀胱组织和膀胱癌组织中ra5癌基因产物p21和C-myc蛋白的表达水平,结果发现5例正常膀胱组织中未见这两种蛋白表达。58例膀胱癌中n21和c-myc蛋白阳性表达率分别为62.1%(36/58)和43.1%(25/58)。阳性表达的c-mycfop21蛋白分别定位于膀胱癌细胞核内和细胞膜上,并且c-mycfop21蛋白阳性表达率与膀胱癌的病理分级、临床分期及患者术后生存期关系密切。提示p21和C-myc蛋白阳性表达参予了膀胱癌发生和发展过程,并且有可能成为膀胱癌预后的客观指标之一。
Immunohistochemistry was used to study the expression of ra2 oncogene products p21 and C-myc in normal bladder tissues and bladder cancer tissues. The results showed no expression of these two proteins in 5 normal bladder tissues. The positive expression rates of n21 and c-myc in 58 cases of bladder cancer were 62.1% (36/58) and 43.1% (25/58) respectively. The positive expression of c-mycfop21 protein localized in the nucleus and on the cell membrane respectively. The positive expression rate of c-mycfop21 protein was closely related to the pathological grade, clinical stage and survival time of bladder cancer. These results suggest that the positive expression of p21 and C-myc may participate in the development and progression of bladder cancer and may be one of the objective indicators of the prognosis of bladder cancer.
