天然林资源保护的主要作用在于保护自然生态环境免受破坏,从而为人类提供良好的生存和发展条件。然而,目前天然林资源保护工程在实施过程中仍然存在较大问题,并影响林业发展。基于此,主要对天然林资源保护工程实施中出现的问题进行探讨分析,并提出几点合理建议。
The main function of the protection of natural forest resources is to protect the natural ecological environment from destruction so as to provide mankind with favorable living and development conditions. However, at present, there are still major problems in the implementation of natural forest resources protection project and affect the development of forestry. Based on this, the problems that occur during the implementation of natural forest resources protection are discussed and analyzed, and some reasonable suggestions are put forward.
