吉林市龙潭区实验学校是一所具有50余年办学历史的省级示范校,2003年发展成九年一贯制学校。现今拥有147名教师,2100名学生。学校有着悠久的历史文化传统,它不仅创造了龙潭实验学校昔日的辉煌,更铸就了今天令人瞩目的业绩。2010年初新一届领导班子组建,历史的责任与学校的未来发展都要求我们对学校的各方面工作重新进行更为深邃的思索。我们认为,学校要想健康持久地发展,必须走内涵式发展道路。漂亮的校园、一流的设施、新建的大楼固然重要,但更重要的是要有先进的文化。今天看来,办学水平的竞争,表面上是生源、规模、设施以及教学质量的竞争,实质上归根结底是学校文化的竞争。因此,加强学校文化建设是当前教育发展
Longtan District Experimental School in Jilin City is a provincial model school with a history of more than 50 years. In 2003, it developed into a nine-year consistent school. Today there are 147 teachers and 2,100 students. The school has a long tradition of history and culture. It not only created the glory of the former Longtan Experimental School, but also casts remarkable achievements today. The formation of the new leadership at the beginning of 2010, the responsibility of history and the future development of the school require us to think more deeply about all aspects of our work.
