一、问题的提出当前自动化在各行各业都已普遍推广实行,冶金轧钢、材料试验、轻工轻纺,食品传送等都提出对低转速需要实行较精确的测量,以便自动控制顺利进行以及取得可靠的试验数据。机械转速计量仪表是无法完成达一使命的。而电子测速仪表,一般又以非接触式的为发展方向。因为它不干涉被测转体,对机壳内部的局部转体,只要能够看见,在可测的距离之内就很容易取得完满的测量结果。因此,生产实践向我们提出,必须设计制造非接触式的高精度、低转速快速测量仪器仪表。
