本文通过对实际工程施工期间产生的环境噪声进行分析,为桩基工程方案选取作参考。全文以某地下式污水处理厂桩基工程设计与施工实例,对沉管灌注桩、长螺旋钻孔压灌桩、振冲碎石桩、旋挖成孔灌注桩等桩基设计方案进行环境噪声分析,对单台桩机噪声强度状况、多台桩基噪声强度状况、经遮挡后多台桩机在最近住户处产生噪声强度状况、距离住户距离不等时噪声强度状况分别进行分析。最后将施工产生的噪声强度与允许噪声强度比较,并在工程现场对振冲碎石桩施工产生的噪声进行现场实测,得到满足噪声强度限值条件下桩基设计施工方案。根据分析及实测结果,提出桩基施工时环境噪声控制方案,为桩基方案选择提供决策依据,可为其他似工程提供借鉴。
In this paper, the environmental noise generated during the actual construction is analyzed for the project selection of pile foundation for reference. Full text with a underground sewage treatment plant pile foundation engineering design and construction examples, the immersed pipe pouring pile, long auger punched and filled pile, vibrating stone column, rotary pile piles and other pile foundation design program for environmental noise Analysis of the noise intensity of single pile driver, the noise intensity of multiple pile foundations, the intensity of noise generated by several pile drivers at the nearest household after sheltering, and the noise intensity conditions when the distance from residents are not the same are analyzed respectively. Finally, the noise intensity of the construction is compared with the allowable noise intensity, and the noise generated by the construction of the vibration-assisted stone column is measured on site. The design and construction plan of the pile foundation is obtained under the condition of the noise intensity limit. Based on the analysis and the measured results, the environmental noise control scheme for pile foundation construction is proposed, which can provide decision basis for the selection of pile foundation scheme and provide reference for other similar projects.
