连续两年在重庆奉节的5个柑桔主产乡镇选具有代表性的凤晚脐橙和鲍威尔脐橙果园各10个,分析不同海拔下的果实品质和枯水情况。结果表明,与低海拔(186~300m)相比,高海拔(300~570m)凤晚和鲍威尔的果皮亮度、黄色度、单果质量、维生素C含量、可滴定酸含量有增大的趋势,而固酸比、出汁率、果形指数、枯水果率、枯水指数呈相反的趋势。枯水果率、果实枯水指数与海拔之间呈负相关,相关系数为-0.010~-0.766,多数未达到显著水平,且年际变化较大;枯水果率与枯水指数之间则呈极显著或显著正相关。高海拔处的果实,可以适当推迟采收。
For the second consecutive year, 10 representative Fenghuang navel orange and Powell navel orange orchards were selected for each of the 5 major orange-producing townships in Fengjie, Chongqing, to analyze the fruit quality and low water conditions at different altitudes. The results showed that the pericarp brightness, yellowness, fruit quality, vitamin C content and titratable acid content increased in high-altitude (300-570 m) Feng-fei and Powell plants compared with low altitude (186-300 m) Solid acid ratio, juice yield, fruit shape index, fruit rate, dry water index showed the opposite trend.
