目的探讨冷超乳与传统超乳的技术比较。方法分别采用冷超乳的脉冲和爆破模式与传统超乳的连续模式进行白内障手术68例(68眼)。结果冷超乳术中的能量和乳化时间均明显低于传统超乳(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论冷超乳与传统超乳技术相比,可显著减少超乳能量,提高乳化效率,减轻对角膜内皮细胞的损伤,缩短手术时间,术后疗效更好。
Objective To investigate the technical comparison between cold hyper-milk and traditional super-milk. Methods Sixty-eight cases (68 eyes) of cataract surgery were treated with the pulse and burst mode of cold phacoemulsification and the continuous mode of conventional super-phacoemulsification respectively. Results The energy and time of emulsification in cold phacoemulsification were significantly lower than those of conventional super - phacoemulsification (P <0.05). The difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Compared with the traditional super-breast milk technology, cold hyper-milk can significantly reduce the energy of the breast milk, improve the emulsifying efficiency, reduce the damage to the corneal endothelial cells, shorten the operation time and have a better postoperative effect.
