EB病毒(Epstein-Barr virus,EBV)是一种嗜人类B淋巴细胞的γ疱疹病毒,它与淋巴瘤、鼻咽癌等多种人类肿瘤发生有关[1]。Burkitt淋巴瘤是一种侵袭性B细胞恶性淋巴瘤,有研究提出EBV在Burkitt淋巴瘤发生中起着重要作用[2-3]。现就EBV感染、Burkitt淋巴瘤及两者之间关系的研究作一综述。
Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) is a γ-herpesvirus that is a human-induced B lymphocyte that is involved in many human cancers such as lymphomas and nasopharyngeal carcinomas [1]. Burkitt’s lymphoma is an aggressive B-cell lymphoma. Some studies have suggested that EBV plays an important role in Burkitt’s lymphoma [2-3]. Now on EBV infection, Burkitt lymphoma and the relationship between the two reviewed.
