从工艺矿物学的角度对肖家营矿区中低品位白云质磷块岩进行了分析,结合化学分析方法,使用BX51偏光显微镜检测倍半氧化物的赋存状态和嵌布粒度,研究结果表明:Fe2O3主要以褐铁矿存在,呈侵染状,分散状嵌布于白云质磷块岩中;Al2O3主要赋存于粘土矿物中,以分散状嵌布于白云质磷块岩中,磨矿细度-0.074 mm占85%时,粒径小于20μm的褐铁矿、粘土单体解离较好.
From the perspective of process mineralogy, the dolomite dolomite of medium and low grade in Xiaojiaying mining area was analyzed. Combined with chemical analysis method, BX51 polarized light microscope was used to detect the occuring state of sesquioxide and the size distribution of sepiolite. The results show that: Fe2O3 mainly exists as limonite, which is invaded and disperse in the dolomitic phosphorite; Al2O3 mainly occurs in clay minerals and dispersed in the dolomitic phosphorite lumps, finely milled Degrees -0.074 mm accounted for 85%, the diameter of less than 20μm limonite, clay monomer dissociation is better.
