中塞两国恢复外交关系,为推动双边经贸关系进一步发展注入了强劲的活力。我们要紧紧把握住这一契机,在继续扩大双边贸易的同时,积极稳妥、灵活务实地加大投资力度、兴办各类企业、承包工程项目、开展劳务输出,不断拓展新的经贸领域。在中塞经贸往来中,要以互利双赢为原则,以实现经济和社会双全效益为目标,注意化解摩擦,使双边经贸关系保持良性发展;向非洲出口产品要有准确定位,投资要有长远目标。
The resumption of diplomatic relations between China and Cyprus has injected strong vitality into the further development of bilateral economic and trade relations. While we continue to expand bilateral trade, we must actively and steadily increase our investment in a flexible and pragmatic manner, set up various types of enterprises, contract construction projects, export labor services, and continuously expand new areas of economy and trade. In the course of economic and trade exchanges between China and Cyprus, we must take the principle of mutual benefit and win-win as the principle, take the realization of the double benefit of economy and society as the goal, pay attention to resolving the friction and maintain the sound development of bilateral economic and trade relations, and accurately locate export products to Africa and long-term investment goals .
