洪泽县2005-2012年法定传染病发病趋势分析

目的了解洪泽县近8年法定传染病流行特征及规律,为有效预防和控制传染病提供科学依据。方法对国家疾病监测信息报告系统的数据运用描述性流行病学方法进行统计分析。结果 2005-2012年洪泽县法定传染病共报告5836例,死亡12例,年平均发病率为222.26/10万,年平均死亡率为0.46/10万;8年间甲乙类法定传染病以呼吸道传染病为主,其次为血源及性传播传染病,分别占总发病数的54.70%、29.51%;肺结核、病毒性肝炎、梅毒、手足口病是本地区的重点传染病。结论洪泽县甲乙类传染病8年总体呈下降趋势,但丙类传染病呈上升趋势,应该适时调整完善防控策略,进一步加强预防和控制的力度。 Objective To understand the epidemiological characteristics and laws of legal notifiable infectious diseases in Hongze County in recent eight years and provide a scientific basis for effective prevention and control of infectious diseases. Methods The data of the national disease surveillance information reporting system were analyzed by the method of descriptive epidemiology. Results A total of 5836 cases of legal infectious diseases in Hongze County were reported from 2005 to 2012, with 12 deaths, the average annual incidence was 222.26 / 100 000 and the annual average death rate was 0.46 / 100 000. In the past 8 years, the legal infectious diseases of Class A and B were transmitted by respiratory tract Followed by blood and sexually transmitted diseases, accounting for 54.70% and 29.51% respectively of the total number of cases. Tuberculosis, viral hepatitis, syphilis and hand-foot-mouth disease were the major infectious diseases in the region. Conclusions The epidemic situation of Class A and B infectious diseases in Hongze County generally shows a downward trend in the past eight years. However, the epidemic of Class C infectious diseases shows an upward trend. The prevention and control strategies should be adjusted and improved in a timely manner to further strengthen prevention and control efforts.
