音乐新课程标准本着“以人为本”的现代教育理念,以“提高学生的审美能力,发展学生的创新思维,形成良好的人文素养”为内涵,更加注重“人”的发展。音乐课程理念的一系列更新热切呼唤着音乐教师角色作出相应的转换,这就需要理性地审视和反思音乐教师的传统角色,使之逐步从传统的“传道、授业、解惑”之权威向“平等中的首席”作根本转移,音乐教师要在新课程理念下重新塑造自己的角色职能。
The new curriculum standard of music is based on the concept of “people-oriented” modern education, with “improving students ’aesthetic ability, developing students’ innovative thinking and forming good humanistic accomplishments”, and paying more attention to the development of “people” . A series of updates on the idea of music curriculum eagerly arouse the corresponding transformation of the music teacher’s role, which requires to rationally examine and reflect on the traditional roles of music teachers so that they gradually evolve from the traditional “preaching, teaching, solving” The authority has shifted fundamentally to the “chief of equality”, and music teachers must reshape their roles and functions under the new curriculum philosophy.
