目的 评估并介绍经皮心肺支持技术系统 ,并附 1例成功治疗暴发性心肌炎的使用情况和使用方法。方法 回顾性地分析我院应用经皮心肺支持技术成功救治 1例急性暴发性心肌炎的病例资料 ,并结合国外相关文献 ,介绍应用指南 ,总结该项技术的使用方法。结果 整个系统建立过程在 2 0min内顺利完成 ,持续经皮心肺支持 92h5 8min。患者在应用经皮心肺支持后病情逐渐平稳 ,脱机后血流动力学稳定 ,完全康复出院。结论 经皮心肺支持技术不仅是急性暴发性心肌炎的有效治疗手段 ,而且可在许多心、肺急症中应用。该技术无需开胸 ,操作简单方便 ,在床旁15～ 2 0min即可建立 ,是目前最有前景和最值得进一步推广应用的急救技术之一
Objective To evaluate and introduce the percutaneous cardiopulmonary support technology system, with 1 case of successful treatment of fulminant myocarditis and the use of the method. Methods The clinical data of 1 case of acute fulminant myocarditis treated by percutaneous cardiopulmonary support in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively. Based on the relevant literature abroad, the application guide was introduced and the method of using this technique was summarized. Results The whole system was successfully established in 20 minutes, continuing percutaneous cardiopulmonary support 92h5 8min. After the application of percutaneous cardiopulmonary support patients gradually stable condition, hemodynamic stability offline, fully discharged. Conclusion Percutaneous cardiopulmonary support is not only an effective treatment for acute fulminant myocarditis, but also can be applied in many kinds of heart and lung emergency. The technology without thoracotomy, simple and convenient operation, 15 ~ 20min at the bedside can be established, is the most promising and most worthy of further promotion of the application of one of the first aid technology
