HESW 的物理特性与结石粉碎及其生物学效应密切相关。本文综述了近年来有关 HESW 物理特性及碎石机理的研究进展。HESW 的应力波及空化效应在结石粉碎中起着重要作用,而结石成分、晶体内在构成是结石粉碎的结构基础。“冲击途径”、“屏障效应”等概念具有重要的理论及实践意义。同时比较了国外几种不同类型碎石机物理参数及其意义。
The physical properties of HESW are closely related to the crushing of stones and their biological effects. This review summarizes recent research progress on the physical properties of HESW and the mechanism of gravel. The stress wave and cavitation effect of HESW play an important role in the stone crushing, while the stone composition and the internal structure of the crystal are the structural basis of stone crushing. “Impact Path ”, “Barrier Effect ” and other concepts have important theoretical and practical significance. At the same time, several different types of lithotripter physical parameters and their significance are compared.
