自学考试助学班的学生是一个特殊的群体:他们的家庭经济基础条件有好有差也有一般;多数在求学就业的道路上受过挫折,心灵受过创伤;他们思想复杂,心里负担重,他们渴望成才,但不知怎样才能成才;他们渴望社会的理解、关心和帮助,他们希望自己的价值能得到社会的承认。对于这样一个特殊的群体,作为培养人才的高校有责任和义务关心帮助、教育引导他们,把他们也培养成为社会的有用人才。本文主要分析了自学考试助学班学生的生源特点和思想行为特点,并针对自考学生的思想行为特点,提出了自学考试助学班学生教育管理的方法和措施。
Students who study in self-study exams are a special group. Their basic economic conditions are both poor and average. Most suffer from setbacks and psychological trauma on their way to school and employment. They have complicated thoughts and are overwhelmed with their desires But I do not know how to succeed. They are longing for the understanding, concern and help of the society. They want their values to be recognized by society. For such a special group, colleges and universities as personnel training have the responsibility and obligation to be concerned about their help, to educate them to guide them and to make them also useful personnel for the society. This paper mainly analyzes the characteristics of students’ origin and ideological and behavioral characteristics of self-study exam students, and puts forward the methods and measures of student education management of self-taught exam students in the light of their ideological and behavioral characteristics.
