粘结相呈梯度分布的WC-Co梯度硬质合金可有效解决传统结构硬质合金存在的性能瓶颈问题,具有良好的应用前景。本文介绍了采用控制气氛烧结制备WC-Co梯度硬质合金的方法,综述了梯度硬质合金制备过程中Co相梯度结构形成机理的研究进展,指出了WC-Co梯度硬质合金的进一步研究方向。
WC-Co gradient cemented carbide with gradient distribution of binder phase can effectively solve the performance bottleneck problem of traditional structural cemented carbide and has good application prospect. In this paper, a method for preparing WC-Co gradient cemented carbide by controlled atmosphere sintering is introduced. The research progress of the formation mechanism of Co phase gradient structure during the preparation of gradient cemented carbide is reviewed. The further research directions of WC-Co gradient cemented carbide are pointed out .
