根据省委书记罗清泉同志的指示精神,最近,由吕东升同志牵头,省委办公厅、省委政研室、省商务厅、省发改委、省财政厅组成联合调研组,就后危机时期加快我省开放型经济发展进行了专题调研。调研组赴沿海的浙江和福建、中部的安徽和江西、西部的四川等五省进行了考察,并在省内作了广泛的调查研究,召开了8个市的市委政研室、市商务局和10家外向型企业负责同志座谈会。
