由全国水利水电施工技术信息网组织、小浪底水利枢纽建设管理局承办的“小浪底水利枢纽施工技术与管理经验交流会”于2000.9.25～9.27在小浪底工地举行。出席会议的有52个网员和邀请单位的104位代表,其中有正、副总工程师27位,共收到征文和交流资料147篇,近9000份,这是本网历届交流会参加单位、代表及交流资料最多的一次。会议开幕式由第一副网长单位、葛洲坝集团公司向永忠总工程师主持,武警水电指挥部梅锦煜总工程师代表网长单位致开幕词(全文另发),小浪底水利枢纽建设管理局副局长、小浪底工程咨询有限公司总经理李其友致欢迎词(全文另发)。
Organized by the National Water Resources and Hydropower Construction Technology Information Network and hosted by the Xiaolangdi Water Control Project Construction Management Bureau, the “Xiaolangdi Water Control Project Construction Technology and Management Experience Exchange Meeting” was held in Xiaolangdi Construction Site from September 25 to September 25, 2000.
