随着我国加入了WTO世界贸易组织后,给我国的企业带来了许多发展机会的同时,也带来了许多的压力。建筑业作为我国国民经济的重要来源之一,对提高我国的综合国民经济有着重大的意义。但是,就目前来看,我国的建筑业在成本的管控上存在着许多的问题,这使得企业在面对外部机会时不能牢牢抓住,面对外部压力时不能解决。本文主要浅析目前我国建筑业在成本管控上存在的一些问题,并且提出一些改进解决的意见,以便于企业能够得到更好的发展。
With China’s accession to the WTO World Trade Organization, it has brought many opportunities for development for our country’s enterprises and brought with it much pressure. As one of the important sources of our country’s national economy, construction industry is of great significance to the improvement of China’s comprehensive national economy. However, for now, there are many problems in the cost control of the construction industry in our country, which makes the enterprise can not grasp firmly in the face of external opportunities and can not be solved in the face of external pressure. This article mainly analyzes some problems existing in the cost management and control of the construction industry in our country, and puts forward some suggestions to improve the solution so that the enterprises can get a better development.
