1970年代初的这次大规模成套技术设备引进,形成了此后中国工业发展的重要基础。19世纪洋务运动以来,西方发达国家的先进技术和设备随着工业建设和贸易转移到了中国。此后的几十年间,处在社会转型期的民国时期因民族资本主义工业资金少、规模小、技术力量薄弱,较多依赖外国资本主义而没有形成完整的工业体系。
The introduction of large-scale complete sets of technical equipment in the early 1970s formed an important foundation for the development of China’s industry afterwards. Since the Westernization Movement of the 19th century, advanced technology and equipment in the developed western countries have been transferred to China along with industrial construction and trade. In the following decades, due to the small capital, small scale and weak technical strength of the national capitalist industry in the period of the Republic of China that was in the process of social transition, it relied more on foreign capitalism and did not form a complete industrial system.
