以聚芳硫醚砜(PASS)为原料,NMP作溶剂,采用干湿法纺丝制备了PASS中空纤维膜,并用王水对其进行后氧化处理。考察了几种强腐蚀性溶剂对氧化后的PASS中空纤维膜形貌结构、渗透性能以及力学性能的影响。结果表明,氧化后的PASS中空纤维膜的纯水通量减小,对胃蛋白酶的截留率增加。氧化后的PASS中空纤维膜具有优异的耐腐蚀性能,经98%浓硫酸、NMP等强腐蚀性溶剂腐蚀后,其皮层结构会发生微弱变化,但总体影响不大,依然保持较好的分离性能。
Polyarylene sulfone (PASS) was used as raw material and NMP was used as solvent. PASS hollow fiber membrane was prepared by wet-dry spinning and post-oxidized with aqua regia. The effects of several highly corrosive solvents on the morphology, permeability and mechanical properties of oxidized PASS hollow fiber membranes were investigated. The results showed that the pure water flux of oxidized PASS hollow fiber membrane was decreased and the retention of pepsin was increased. Oxidized PASS hollow fiber membrane has excellent corrosion resistance. After being corroded by 98% concentrated sulfuric acid, NMP and other corrosive solvents, the cortical structure of the oxidized PASS hollow fiber membrane changes slightly, but the overall effect is small, and the separation performance is still good. .
