本文提出了设计大型精密机床的一种新理论和新方法 ,应用这一理论设计了一台自准直导轨磨床 ,经过十几年的使用 ,表明它具有精度高、费用低的特点 ,而且不需要恒温车间。使用这种机床加工的零件 ,它的线形误差小于 0 .0 0 1mm/m ,并且加工精度能保持长期稳定。
In this paper, a new theory and method of designing large-scale precision machine tool are proposed. A self-aligning rail grinding machine is designed by using this theory. After more than ten years of use, it shows that it has the characteristics of high accuracy and low cost, Need constant temperature workshop. The parts machined with this type of machine have a linear error of less than 0.010 mm / m, and the machining accuracy can be maintained for a long period of time.
