制药产业是典型的知识、技术密集型产业,技术变革对新药的研发组织模式产生重大影响。本文借助组织演化理论建立分析框架,追溯了研发组织模式在技术变革影响下的演化历程,分析了演化的机制和趋势。研究提出:技术变革通过改变新药研发的技术范式与流程,引入新的管理技术与手段来实现组织模式的演化;在其驱动下,新药研发组织模式的演化已经并继续呈现网络化的趋势。
The pharmaceutical industry is a typical knowledge-based and technology-intensive industry, and technological changes have a significant impact on the research and development organization model for new drugs. Based on the theory of organizational evolution, this paper establishes an analytical framework, tracing the evolution of R & D organization mode under the influence of technological change and analyzing the evolution mechanism and trend. The research suggests that technological change will change the new paradigm and process of drug research and development, introduce new management techniques and means to realize the evolution of organizational model, and the evolution of new drug research and development organization mode has been and continues to be networked.
