一个施工企业的成本项目的控制决定着企业的经营业绩,企业成本内部的控制对企业收入的影响至关重要,只有加强了企业内部的成本控制,才能进一步增加企业的收入。本文就施工企业目前所面临的主要成本问题作出分析,并提出相应的解决措施,较详细的进一步说明了企业工程收入与成本的内部控制之间存在的相互关系和作用。
The cost control of a construction enterprise determines the operation performance of the enterprise. The influence of the internal control of the enterprise cost on the enterprise income is crucial. Only by strengthening the cost control within the enterprise can the income of the enterprise be further increased. This article analyzes the main cost problems currently facing construction enterprises and puts forward corresponding solutions. It further explains the interrelationship and function between the internal control of enterprise engineering income and cost in more detail.
