前言我国汽轮机叶片的损坏一直比较多。近六年来,包括国产机组和五、六十年代进口的苏联、东欧机组在内,叶片损坏平均每年约有100起(台次)。资料分析,这么多叶片损坏的原因约70%是属于设计、制造、安装方面的;其余约30%属于运行、检修方面的。而中间再热机组属于前一种原因产生事故的比例更高。近十年,国内一大批中间再热机组投入运行,有国产12.5万、2O万、30万千瓦机组以及进口的日本日立12.5万、25万千瓦机,意大利安莎多12.5万、32.85万千瓦机,法国CEM30万千瓦机,苏联ЛM320万和捷克SKODA11万千瓦机。这些大机组的设计制造水平不同,运行时间长短不一,所以叶片暴露出来的问题多少也不相同。
Preface China’s turbine blade damage has been more. In the past six years, including the domestic units and the Soviet Union and eastern European units imported in the 1950s and 1960s, the average number of blade damage is about 100 (units per day). Data analysis, so many reasons for blade damage is about 70% belongs to the design, manufacture, installation; the remaining about 30% belongs to the operation and maintenance aspects. The middle reheat units belong to the former causes a higher proportion of accidents. In the recent ten years, a large number of intermediate reheat units in China were put into operation. There are 125,000, 20,000 and 300,000 kilowatt domestic units and 125,000 and 250,000 kilowatts machines imported from Hitachi, Japan, 125,000 and 329,500 kilowatts machines from Italy, , France CEM30 MW machine, the Soviet Union ЛM320 million and the Czech SKODA11 MW machine. The design and manufacture of these large units of different levels, running time varies, so the number of problems exposed by the leaves are not the same.
