原国家冶金局制定国家钢铁“十五”发展规划,拟新建7～8条冷轧生产线,增加生产能力880万吨。另据业内专家分析,自宝钢1550mm冷轧投产,鞍钢冷轧酸洗联机改造和上海益昌冷轧改造完成投产后,我国冷轧生产能力有了显著增长,同时带动了冷轧薄板的延伸产品?镀层板、汽车板及冷轧硅钢片等深加工产品的同步增长。如何预测今后的发展,着眼点势必应放在针对替代进口,生产高技术含量、高附加值的薄规格(<1mm或<0.5mm)产品数量和质量上。为此,本刊将分期登出一组冷轧薄板及其延伸产品市场调查系列报告,供广大读者参考。
