目的探讨深冷冻治疗原发性肝癌对 T 淋巴细胞亚群的影响。方法 61例原发性肝癌,其中深冷冻治疗18例,肿瘤切除27例,剖腹探查16例。于术前、术后2周及术后4周分别从外周血测定 CD3、CD4及 CD8淋巴细胞亚群水平,作统计学处理。结果深冷冻治疗能有效杀死大量的肿瘤细胞,破坏肿瘤对机体免疫功能的抑制作用,术后4周免疫功能明显恢复,与肿瘤切除组无差异(P>0.05)。同时其癌细胞碎片及变性蛋白对机体有免疫刺激作用。而冷冻治疗创伤程度较轻,术后2周对机体 T 细胞免疫功能干扰少,与肿瘤切除组相比有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论深冷冻治疗疗效明确,手术创伤轻,能明显增强机体的 T 细胞免疫功能。
Objective To investigate the effect of deep cryotherapy on T-lymphocyte subsets in primary liver cancer. Methods 61 patients with primary liver cancer were treated with deep cryotherapy in 18 cases, tumor resection in 27 cases, and laparotomy in 16 cases. The levels of CD3, CD4, and CD8 lymphocyte subsets were determined from the peripheral blood before surgery, 2 weeks after surgery, and 4 weeks after surgery for statistical analysis. Results Deep-frozen treatment could effectively kill a large number of tumor cells and destroy the inhibitory effect of tumor on immune function. The immune function recovered obviously after 4 weeks, and there was no difference with tumor resection group (P>0.05). At the same time, its cancer cell fragments and denatured proteins have an immunostimulatory effect on the body. Cryotherapy was less severe, and the T-cell immune function of the body was less disturbed at 2 weeks postoperatively. There was a significant difference compared with the tumor resection group (P<0.01). Conclusions Deep cryotherapy has clear curative effect, light surgical trauma, and can significantly enhance the body’s T cell immune function.
