目的:观察酸性氧化电位水在不同作用时间下对G+菌、G-菌、幽门螺旋杆菌及乙型肝炎病毒的杀灭效果。方法:选择10秒、30秒、1分钟、3分钟、5分钟和10分钟6个时间点,采用悬液定量杀菌实验进行观察。结果:使用现制的有效氯含量在45~75mg/L,pH值为2.7~3.0的酸性氧化电位水作用10秒即可完全杀灭G+菌、G-菌、幽门螺旋杆菌及乙型肝炎病毒。结论:酸性氧化电位水杀灭微生物快速、有效,抗菌谱广,对乙型肝炎病毒亦具有强大的杀灭效果,是一种安全、高效的消毒剂。
Objective: To observe the killing effect of acid oxidation potential water on G + bacteria, G- bacteria, Helicobacter pylori and Hepatitis B virus under different action time. Methods: Six time points (10 seconds, 30 seconds, 1 minute, 3 minutes, 5 minutes and 10 minutes) were selected. Results: G + bacteria, G- bacteria, Helicobacter pylori and Hepatitis B virus can be completely killed by using the current available acid oxidation potential water with effective chlorine content of 45-75 mg / L and pH value of 2.7-3.0 for 10 seconds . Conclusion: Acid oxidation potential water to kill microorganisms quickly, effectively, broad antibacterial spectrum, also has a powerful killing effect on hepatitis B virus, is a safe and efficient disinfectant.
