2004年11月25日至12月10日,我与南京市委宣传部副部长曹劲松以及南京电视台记者吴江一行三人,涉洋跨海,到达大洋彼岸的美利坚合众国,先后在纽约、华盛顿、康涅迪格州、密西根州、加利福尼亚州、夏威夷州等地,遍访南京大屠杀期间坚持留在南京,曾经救助南京难民的历史证人后代,抢救性地发掘和考证这段历史的外籍证人资料。
From November 25 to December 10, 2004, I worked with Cao Jinsong, vice minister of Propaganda Department of Nanjing Municipal Government, and Wu Jiang, a reporter from Nanjing Television Station. They crossed the sea and reached the United States of America across the ocean. They met successively in New York, Washington, Nidiger, Michigan, California, Hawaii and other places throughout the Nanjing Massacre persist in staying in Nanjing, the history of rescue witnesses of Nanjing offspring descendants of salvage, excavation and research of this history of foreign witness information .
