通过激光淬火工艺试验，比较了磷化膜和胶体涂料层在内燃机汽缸激光淬火中的特点。从淬硬层质量、生产效率、生产成本等方面对两种预处理方法进行了分析。
By laser quenching process test, the characteristics of phosphate coating and colloid coating layer in laser quenching of cylinder of internal combustion engine were compared. The two pretreatment methods were analyzed from the aspects of hardened layer quality, production efficiency and production cost.
