师资队伍建设影响着高职教育的健康发展,而适应高职教育发展的“双师型”师资又是高职院校师资队伍建设的重中之重。为此,高职院校需要坚持内培外引、专兼结合的原则改革“双师型”师资队伍的聘任制度;完善激励机制,深化改革分配制度;加强师资队伍的继续教育培训、校本培训、校企合作培训,促进高职院校“双师型”师资队伍的建设。
The construction of teaching staff influences the healthy development of higher vocational education. However, “dual-type” teachers who adapt to the development of higher vocational education are also the top priority in the construction of teaching staff in higher vocational colleges. To this end, higher vocational colleges need to adhere to the principle of internal training with foreign experts, and the principle of combining the reform of the “double-qualified teachers,” the appointment system; improve the incentive mechanism, deepen the reform of the distribution system; strengthen the contingent of teachers continued education and training, School-based training, school-enterprise cooperation training, to promote higher vocational colleges “double-type ” teacher faculty building.
