脂肪瘤是常见的良性肿瘤。胃脂肪瘤国内少见报道。本院收治1例,女,48岁,上腹部痛疼、不适两年,空腹时加重,进食后减轻,每3～4日有少量黑便,曾按胃溃疡治疗无效,于1986年5月13日入院。检查:腹软,上腹部偏左有深压不适感,未触及明显包块。X线钡餐造影示:胃粘膜皱裂规则,柔软,胃窦区小弯侧见5×6cm大圆形充盈缺损区,其中可见黄豆大的钡斑,大弯侧壁柔软。诊断:胃窦部粘膜下平滑肌
Lipoma is a common benign tumor. Stomach lipoma is rarely reported in China. In this hospital, 1 patient, female, 48 years old, upper abdominal pain, discomfort for two years, increased fasting, reduced after eating, a small amount of black stool every 3 to 4 days, had failed to treat gastric ulcer, in May 1986 Admitted to hospital on the 13th. Check: Abdomen is soft, there is deep discomfort on the left side of the upper abdomen, and no obvious mass is touched. X-ray barium meal angiography showed that: gastric mucosal creasing, soft, small curvature of the gastric antrum side see 5 × 6cm round filling defect area, which can be seen large freckle soy beans, large curved side wall soft. Diagnosis: Submucosal smooth muscle of gastric antrum
