为深入贯彻落实党的“继续大规模培训干部”、“大幅度提高干部素质”的精神和中共中央颁布的《干部教育培训工作条例》精神,全国各地纷纷开展了各式各样的干部培训。然而由于工学矛盾,传统培训方式已经不能很好地完成培训任务。本文以“长春市干部网络培训平台”为例,介绍在流媒体、数据库等网络技术的支持下,“基于网络的在职教育培训”在干部培训方面的成果。
In order to thoroughly implement the spirit of the party’s “continuing large-scale training of cadres” and “substantial improvement of the quality of cadres” and the “Regulations on the Work of Education and Training of Cadres” promulgated by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, various kinds of activities have been carried out all over the country Cadre training. However, due to the contradiction between work and study, the traditional training methods have not been able to accomplish the training tasks well. This paper takes “Changchun cadre network training platform” as an example to introduce the achievements of “web-based on-the-job education and training” in cadre training with the support of network technologies such as streaming media and database.
