目的了解吐鲁番地区孕妇碘营养状况。方法尿碘测定采用砷-铈催化分光光度法,盐碘测定采用直接滴定法。结果孕妇尿碘中位数178μg/L;低于100μg/L的占30.2%;低于150μg/L的占46.8%,水碘中位数4.17μg/L;碘盐合格率100%。结论孕妇碘营养状况未达到理想水平,碘盐覆盖率较低,孕妇应是今后碘营养监测与保健的主要目标人群之一。
Objective To understand iodine nutrition status of pregnant women in Turpan region. Urine iodine determination using arsenic - cerium catalytic spectrophotometry, salt iodine determination by direct titration. Results The urinary iodine median of pregnant women was 178μg / L; those below 100μg / L accounted for 30.2%; those below 150μg / L accounted for 46.8%, the median of water iodine was 4.17μg / L; Conclusion Iodine nutritional status of pregnant women did not reach the ideal level, iodized salt coverage is low, pregnant women should be iodine nutrition monitoring and health care in the future one of the main target population.
