一、估算膨胀土地基变形的目的建筑物变形观测资料表明,膨胀土地基上建筑物的开裂破坏程度与上部荷载的大小及地基土胀缩变形幅度有直接关系。云南、广西地区实测的胀缩变形幅度为9~48毫米,平均24.5毫米,因此这两个地区建筑物开裂破坏较严重。实测变形幅度较小地区,如合肥,变形幅度为3.4~17.5毫米,平均为10.23毫米,建筑物的开裂破坏就较轻。
