目的探讨微创腹腔镜物品管理模式,协调微创腹腔镜手术物品管理过程的方法及对策,满足微创腹腔镜手术的需求。方法调查分析2010年5月-2011年1月外科大楼手术室完成的各类微创腹腔镜手术患者2449例临床资料,每日进行腔镜手术表格管理,使用流程建立快捷绿色通道,腔镜资源统一调配、分发使用的管理模式。结果 2010年5月-2011年1月共2449例微创腹腔镜手术,日均最高28例微创腹腔镜手术满足物品供应管理流程模式,无一例腔镜手术因物品器械管理不当而影响手术,无交叉感染,保障手术的顺利进行。结论应用腔镜手术安排表,建立微创腹腔镜物品术后处理快捷绿色通道,保障了手术质量和医疗安全,获得了良好的经济效益及社会效益。
Objective To explore the management model of minimally invasive laparoscope and the methods and countermeasures to coordinate the procedure of minimally invasive laparoscopic surgery to meet the needs of minimally invasive laparoscopic surgery. Methods A total of 2449 cases of patients with minimally invasive laparoscopic surgery performed in the operating room of the surgical building from May 2010 to January 2011 were analyzed. Daily management of endoscopic surgery tables was established. The procedures were used to establish quick green channels and endoscopic resources Unified deployment, distribution and use of management. Results From May 2010 to January 2011, a total of 2449 cases of minimally invasive laparoscopic surgery, the average daily maximum of 28 cases of minimally invasive laparoscopic surgery to meet the item supply management process mode, no case of endoscopic surgery due to improper management of items and equipment affect the operation, No cross-infection, to ensure the smooth operation. Conclusions Application of endoscopic surgical placement of tables, the establishment of minimally invasive laparoscopic quick postoperative green channel to ensure the quality of surgery and medical safety, access to a good economic and social benefits.
