采用美国产CI— 30 1PS光合作用测定仪对 4个柿树不同品种的光合特性研究表明 :其光饱和点为 10 5 1~1380 μmol·m-2 ·s-1,光补偿点为 2 5~ 42 μmol·m-2 ·s-1;同一品种不同节位的净光合速率及不同品种的净光合速率均存在差异 ;柿树净光合速率的日变化曲线均呈“中午降低型”双峰曲线变化 ,最高峰出现在上午 10 :0 0 ,次高峰出现在下午 16 :0 0 ;净光合速率的年周期变化为双峰曲线 ,不同品种间的峰值有所不同
The photosynthetic characteristics of four different persimmon cultivars using the American CI-30 1PS photosynthesis analyzer showed that the light saturation point was 105 ~ 1380 μmol · m-2 · s-1 and the light compensation point was 25 ~ 42 μmol · m-2 · s-1, respectively. The net photosynthetic rate and net photosynthetic rate of different varieties of the same variety were different. The diurnal variation curve of net photosynthetic rate of persimmon showed “noon” The curve showed the highest peak at 10: 00 in the morning and the next peak at 16: 00 in the afternoon.
