“乡村小学的课堂活起来了,一个个山娃娃自信地举手发言,愉悦地合作,自信而有个性地汇报,教师轻松调控课堂……师生在课堂上的表现让人激动、欣喜,我们看到了孩子们一张张渴望知识并得到满足的笑脸,看到了自信且和蔼可亲的老师的面孔,比一些城区校的师生更具有活力。”这是2010年春,广西教育厅副厅长白志繁到云良小学进行专项调研工作,观摩了覃海燕老师执教的语文课后由衷发出的感慨。听着白副厅长的赞叹,作为云良小学校长的我,内心仿佛有一股甜甜的泉水流过,是有效教育实验给农村小学的师生带来了幸福。我们实践有效教育,一路走来,有苦有乐!
