目的　研究静脉漏性阳萎海绵体造影远台摄影取代近台摄影的可行性及其诊断价值。方法　对两组各 2 5例临床诊断为静脉漏性阳萎的患者分别进行海绵体造影远台和近台摄影 ,对造影结果做相关比较分析。结果　 2 5例远台摄影者均有静脉漏。临床和海绵体试验与造影显示静脉漏三者符合率 10 0 % ( 2 5 /2 5 )。海绵体试验与造影显示静脉漏程度符合率 6 0 % ( 15 /2 5 ) ,临床阳萎与海绵体试验静脉漏程度符合率 5 2 % ( 13/2 5 ) ,临床阳萎与造影显示静脉漏程度符合率 36 % ( 9/2 5 ) ,临床、海绵体试验和造影三者诊断静脉漏程度符合率 32 % ( 8/2 5 ) ,以上数字与近台摄影无明显差异。结论　海绵体造影远台摄影既能显示静脉漏存在及程度 ,又可减少工作人员照射量 Objective To study the feasibility and diagnostic value of radiofrequency ablation of corpus cavernosum radiographs instead of close radiographs. Methods Twenty-five patients with clinically diagnosed as venous leakage were divided into two groups according to their cavernous angiography. Results Twenty-five distant radiographers had venous leaks. Clinical and cavernous test and angiography showed three coincidence rate of venous leakage 10 0% (2 5/2 5). Sponge test and angiography showed venous drainage degree coincidence rate 60% (15/25), clinical impotence and cavernous test venous leakage coincidence rate 52% (13/2 5), clinical impotence and angiography showed that the vein 36% (9/2 5) coincidence rate and 32% (8/2 5) coincidence rate of clinical venous cavernous test and angiography. There was no significant difference between the above figures and the recent photography. Conclusion Corneal angiography far-distance photography can not only show the existence and extent of venous leakage, but also reduce the staff exposure
