目的 :探讨电解质两点定标分析时定标曲线交叉飘移及测定结果的补偿。方法 :测定双份不同深度定值质控血清钾离子浓度 ,将定值与实测值拟合直线回归方程并根据回归方程计算样品钾离子浓度补偿后值。结果 :回归方程Y =1 36X - 1 61显示钾定标曲线呈明显的交叉飘移状态 ,5份室间质评血清钾离子浓度根据回归方程补偿后VIS得分满意。结论 :日常工作中可分析不同深度的定值质控血清监测电解质分析定标曲线飘移状态 ,交叉飘移严重时应对样品测定结果进行补偿。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the cross drift of calibration curve and the compensation of measurement results when the electrolyte is calibrated at two points. Methods: The concentration of potassium in serum of double value fixed value determination was measured. The linear regression equation was fitted to the measured value and the calculated value of potassium ion concentration was calculated according to the regression equation. Results: The regression equation of Y = 1 36X - 1 61 showed that the calibration curve of potassium showed a significant cross - drift status. The serum potassium concentration of 5 inter - ventricles was compensated according to the regression equation and the VIS score was satisfactory. Conclusion: In daily work, the quality control serum monitoring electrolyte with different depths can be used to analyze the drifting status of calibration curve. When the cross-drift is serious, the result of sample determination should be compensated.
