生产自动化是先进制造技术的发展方向之一,而可靠的数控程序是实现自动化的重要保证,针对当前数控程序检证算法的不足,提出了一种基于观察坐标系的长方体单元表示法,在精度要求范围内对工件和刀具进行近似表示,将复杂的三维布尔运算简化为一维的布尔运算,从而在微机上实现了多轴数控加工过程仿真,并提高了仿真速度,该算法通过了实验验证.
