目的:探讨医疗机构临床护理绩效评估方法、研究现状,对前景进行展望。方法:从护理绩效评估体系的设计、护理绩效考核方式对医疗机构临床护理绩效评估现状进行分析,在护理绩效评估方向的转变、加强多维度考评体系的建立、注重评估精度及可信度方面进行前景展望。结果:国内护理绩效考核方式从传统单一化逐渐向科学化、人性化方面转变,护理绩效评估仍处在摸索阶段,没有统一、正规培训,对护理工作认知的差异性很大程度上影响了护理绩效评估结果。结论:应通过科学精度测量指标,增加护理绩效评估方法的可信度及效度,提高护理绩效评估工作质量,使护理人员的劳动得到回报,提高护理质量和护理服务满意度。
OBJECTIVE: To explore the evaluation methods, research status and prospects of clinical nursing performance in medical institutions. Methods: Based on the design of nursing performance evaluation system and nursing performance evaluation method, the status quo of clinical nursing performance evaluation in medical institutions was analyzed. Results: The nursing performance evaluation mode in China gradually changed from traditional single to scientific and humane, and nursing performance evaluation was still in the groping stage. Conclusion: The reliability and validity of nursing performance evaluation should be increased by scientific precision measurement index, the quality of nursing performance evaluation should be improved, the work of nursing staff should be rewarded, the quality of nursing care and the satisfaction of nursing service should be improved.
